The dashboard provides a high-level view of user activity across your organization and consists of data specific cards to provide insights and help identify trends.
Data Filtering Options
Data displayed on the dashboard can be filtered by two parameters, date range and Organizational Unit (OUs). By default, the dashboard will display data from the last five days and show data from all OUs. Change one or both filters by clicking the drop-down menus. For the date range, select a beginning and ending date (maximum 30-day range) or click on one of the blue buttons below the calendars view to automatically select one of the available date range options.
The Right Now Card will display the number of users who are currently online and connected to GoGuardian services, and the number of GoGuardian Teacher classroom sessions that are currently active.
The Activity Timeline Card displays browsing activity data by your users. This card will adjust based on the selected date range and OU filter.
- Sites visited: The number of viewed web pages
- Blocked Attempts: The number of pages blocked by your admin policies
- Flagged Activity: The number of viewed pages flagged by Flagged Activity
- Youtube Views: The number of viewed youtube videos
The Flagged Students card displays the most flagged students and the number of flagged events for each user. This card will update based on your selected date range and OU filter.
The Smart Alerts card will display the most recent alerts, the user, their OU, the alert category, and how recently the alert happened. This card will update based on your selected OU filter.
The Located Devices card displays recently detected devices in Theft Recovery, sorted by most recently detected. Click any of the devices to view the corresponding Theft Recovery report.

By clicking an item on a card, more information about the video, site, app, or doc can be found, including which users accessed the content. The "View more" link on any card will display up to 50 of the top viewed items.
