Account and User Access Issues
If you’re having trouble accessing your GoGuardian account, try one of the following:
Use Google Chrome.
All of GoGuardian's products, including GoGuardian Director, were designed to work best with Google Chrome.
Reset your password.
You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password button on the login screen. As an administrator, you can help guide other Director users to reset their passwords in your Organization Management page, by clicking Edit next to the user's name, then Resend password reset email.
Are you using your Google Apps for Education account?
GoGuardian Director is available only for users with Google Apps for Education accounts.
Make sure that GoGuardian Director users they have access to Domain Organizational Unit and that Director access is enabled.
Before other users can access GoGuardian Director, they need be granted Director access, as well as Domain access in the Organizational Unit Access panel.
