Sometimes the OU import may fail and create the following error message:
If your OU import Sync has failed, please try the following steps:
- Log out of GoGuardian Admin
- Log out of Google within browser by going to chrome://settings and selecting "Log Off".
- Close Chrome Browser completely
- Open Chrome
- Sign in to Google
- Log in to GoGuardian Admin (admin.goguardian.com) with the "Sign in with Google" option.
