Bulk Resolving Smart Alerts
There are instances when Triggers were not set up and Smart Alerts were not viewed for a period of time. To start with a fresh slate, Super Users in GoGuardian Admin can bulk resolve all of your active Smart Alerts. Alerts will still be viewable at any time under the "All" section of your dashboard.
Note: This action cannot be undone.
To Bulk Resolve Smart Alerts
- Navigate to smart-alerts.goguardian.com. Note: Your account must have Super User permissions to access this feature.
- Click on the Preferences tab
- Click on "Dismiss All Alerts". Remember, this action cannot be undone.
