NOTE: GoGuardian Parent is still in CLOSED BETA. If you have not been contacted by the GoGuardian Team with instructions on how to access GoGuardian Parent, GoGuardian Parent will not be configurable or useable by staff or parents.
Administrators can provide access to different views of browsing history.
There are three types of browsing history summaries that Administrators can configure to allow parents and guardians to view for up to the past 30 days:
NOTE: Use the navigation bar at the bottom of the application to quickly change views from top 5 summaries, full and detailed activity view, and account settings.
1. A list of the student's top 5 Top visited domains and Google GSuite files.
2. A count of how many times Teachers using GoGuardian Teacher have guided the student's browsing behavior by closing tabs, locking browsing, opening specified tabs, or blocking access to websites.
NOTE: This feature depends on the account's subscription status to GoGuardian Teacher and may be unavailable.
3. All browsing activity by website domain logged within the Chrome browser for the student's managed Google account for up to the past 30 days.
