Calendar View in GoGuardian Teacher
The new Calendar view in GoGuardian Teacher gives teachers access to a weekly view of all their scheduled classroom sessions. From here, teachers can go to an active session, view previous sessions, and also modify their upcoming sessions.
The Calendar view allows teachers to better plan in advance by centralizing all scheduling options in one place. Teachers can:
- Cancel scheduled sessions by each individual classroom session or for the entire day
- Edit current scheduled sessions
- Create new sessions
- See the days that an administrator disabled sessions
Removing a Session from the Calendar
Teachers have the ability to cancel scheduled sessions. They can cancel a single instance or all recurring sessions.
Adding a Session to the Calendar
Teachers can create new scheduled sessions without having to navigate to Classroom -> Settings -> Scheduling.
Editing the Calendar
Teachers can edit existing sessions all within the Calendar view.
Canceling Scheduled Sessions via the Sessions Banner
To access this feature, click the "Edit today's calendar" link located in the sessions banner at the top of the page. From there, a modal should appear, listing out the all sessions that the teacher has scheduled for the day for each classroom. Teachers then can select individual sessions to cancel or simply select all scheduled sessions to cancel for the day.
