Notes within an Alert Card
The notes section of an alert card allows users to record information, actions, and protocols specific to the school or student.
To leave a note:
- Click into the alert card where you would like to leave a note
- Navigate to the Notes tab
- Write the information your wish to add
- Click Submit
Note: View Only users cannot create notes.
A detailed history of the notes can be found on the Notes tab including the following information:
- Body of the Note
- User who created the note
- Date and Time of when the note was created
There is no limit to the number of notes that can be added to an alert card.
