What is it?
Individual student browsing reports can be emailed as PDF's by teachers. Teachers will be presented with an Email Report button while viewing a student report within GoGuardian Teacher.
This button will allow teachers to quickly send a PDF copy of this student report to one or many email addresses.
Note: The sending address of the email will be email@example.com, so please ensure that this address is not being filtered by your email system.

How does it work?
When teachers are viewing an individual student report in GoGuardian Teacher, they can click on the Email Report button to begin the process of sending the report to one or many email addresses.
When the button is clicked, a new Email Report window will appear with instructions and various options:
In this window, you can choose who to send the report to, which always includes yourself. Teachers themselves will always be a default recipient, and cannot be removed from receiving this report.
Several email addresses can be typed into the box to add many recipients, each of which will receive a PDF copy of the report.
Additionally, teachers will be able to select which aspects of the report they'd like to include. This may be a report on things such as Top 5 Websites or Screenshots. Clicking the checkbox will toggle on/off which pieces you'd like to send. By default, all are selected.
The last option is for teachers to write a message which will appear in the email.
Click on Email Report to send the email. Teachers will be presented with a success message in the top right of their window after successfully sending the reports.
Recipients will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line:
GoGuardian Teacher Student Browsing Activity Report for Student's Name
This email will contain an attached PDF of the student browsing report sent by the teacher.
If there is any issue receiving the email, please ensure that email@example.com is not being filtered by your email system. Please also double check any deleted, spam, or archived messages.
